All print sales are final. Due to the nature of fine art print production, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damage Claims
Any damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted. All damage claims must include photographic documentation sent to info@kavionsabio.com.

Copyright & Reproduction Rights
The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All images remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kavion Sabio and K SABIO LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any image is strictly prohibited under U.S. copyright law.

Certificates of Authenticity
Limited edition prints are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by K SABIO LLC. The certificate is void if separated from the print. Open edition prints do not include a Certificate of Authenticity.

Shipping
All prints are produced and fulfilled by Printful. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. K SABIO LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing for international orders.
